2. Why are Novo Sleep Systems different than other sleep products?

3. Who should I call for a warranty issue?

Both Restwell Sleep Products and Novo Textiles Co. products are manufactured to the highest standards and quality. Our warranty coverage includes the repair or replacement of any of our bedding products that do not to live up to our high standards for quality and workmanship.

4. How does a pillow top benefit me?

Pillow tops are another way to add comfort to your sleep environment. Toppers are generally a couple of inches thick providing extra support, comfort and will help regulate your body temperature while sleeping.

5. Why do I need a different feel pillow?

Depending on what position you sleep in, pillows come in different feels to provide you with the most comfort and best support. If you sleep on your stomach or back, you would want a Soft feel. If you sleep on your side, it is recommended that you use a Firm pillow. If you sleep in multiple positions, Medium is best suited to you.

6. What are the benefits of wool and cotton in bedding?

Natural fibres improve breathability. In fact they are very useful in regulating body temperature. For cold sleepers they will find a warming effect, and interestingly for warm sleepers they will experience a cooling affect. Natural fibres allow the transfer/flow of air and moisture right through its cell structure (this is called "wicking")

7. I have allergies, what would be good for me? 

Natural Latex is inherently hypo-allergenic, anti-microbial, and dust mite resistant, making it perfect for allergy sufferers or anyone wanting to breathe fresh, clean air while they sleep. In addition, natural latex is breathable, keeping you warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.  It costs a little more, but in the long run, it will provide you with the perfect balance of comfort and support for years to come. Our latex is in the form of a foam. There have not been any reported cases of allergies to latex foam. People that are allergic to latex, are normally allergic to the type of latex used in making latex gloves.

8. What is natural latex?

Natural latex is made from a milky substance that drips from the rubber tree when the bark is slashed. The process does not hurt the tree. During production, the latex resin is whipped and then baked. The finished product is biodegradable.

9. Are there odors with natural latex?

All materials have an odor to them. Unless you are very sensitive to smells, you probably wont notice them. These odors are out-gassed over time. The out-gasses of the natural materials are all natural, not chemicals.

10. What is the difference between latex vs. memory foam?

With Natural Latex Mattresses, the room does not need to be 65 degrees or higher. Latex has energy helping you to assume a new sleep position, while memory foam you need to physically wake up and lift your body to a new position.
